Bart A. Zandbergen is a Certified Financial Planner, a Registered Representative of FMN CAPITAL CORPORATION and a Registered Investment Advisory Representative of FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT NETWORK, INC.

Bart is a native Californian and a 1984 graduate of California State University, Fullerton majoring in Business Administration. Bart holds his series 7 securities license as well as his Life/Health/Disability Insurance license. He obtained his CFP certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Co.  Bart is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Orange County, is the Director of the Alliance of Professionals and Executives, a member of the Center Club in Costa Mesa where he is a board member of the Public Affairs committee and Director of Health & Fitness Committee. Bart is President of the Laguna Beach Business Club and a member of the Laguna Community Foundation. Bart is also President of the Laguna Beach branch of the International Wine and Food Society. Bart is a memeber of Vistage Trusted Advisors and is a former instructor for “It’s Your Money” at California State University at Long Beach, as well as a former counselor/teacher for the “Money Matters” ministry of Coast Hills Community Church. Bart was selected as one of “Americas Best Financial Planners”, according to the Consumers Research Council of America, and a "5 Start Wealth Advisor" in Orange Coast Magazine.

Bart is an experienced public speaker and has been featured at many financial workshops. He has been quoted in the Orange County Register as well as The New York Times. He also publishes his own financial newsletter called “THE ZANDBERGEN REPORT”.

Bart enjoys Physical Fitness, surfing, the beach, and fine wine and fine dining. Bart is a fitness enthusiast and is a member of the National Physique Committee. He is also a lover of great wine and has completed his wine training through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust of England and is pursuing his Certified Specialist in Wine through the Society of Wine Educators.

Bart lives in Laguna Beach with his wife, Tina. He has two grown children and a new Grandaughter, Lily. His daughter, Nicole, is a recent college graduate and fashion designer. Christian, his son, is surfing his way through the Hawaiian Islands. Aside from spending his time with his family and friends, Bart most enjoys watching his clients obtain their financial goals and dreams.
