Bart A. Zandbergen is a Certified Financial Planner, a Registered Representative of FMN CAPITAL CORPORATION and a Registered Investment Advisory Representative of FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT NETWORK, INC.

Bart is a native Californian and a 1984 graduate of California State University, Fullerton majoring in Business Administration. Bart holds his series 7 securities license as well as his Life/Health/Disability Insurance license. He obtained his CFP certification from the College for Financial Planning, and is associated with the Financial Planning Association of Orange County. In addition, Bart is the Director of the Alliance of Professionals and Executives, a member of the Center Club in Costa Mesa, and a member of Orangewood ‘PALS’. He is a former instructor for “It’s Your Money” at California State University at Long Beach, as well as a former counselor/teacher for the “Money Matters” ministry of Coast Hills Community Church. Bart was selected as one of “Americas Best Financial Planners”, according to the Consumers Research Council of America. Bart is enrolled in the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) program which is cosponsored by the International Foundation and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bart is also enrolled in the WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) Certificate program through London, England, as a certified wine expert.

Bart is an experienced public speaker and has been featured at many financial workshops. He has been quoted in the Orange County Register as well as The New York Times. He also publishes his own financial newsletter called “THE ZANDBERGEN REPORT”.

Bart enjoys Physical Fitness, the beach, and sharing a fine wine. Bart is married and has two children and is very active in their lives. He helps support his son’s skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing. He also enjoys time with his daughter as she completes her college education with a double major in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising while maintaining straight A’s since elementary school. Aside from watching his children grow, Bart most enjoys helping and watching his clients obtain their financial goals and dreams.
